Please inform us if your pet requires any medication that may need to be given during transportation.

Payment terms
We require a 50% deposit (non refundable) to secure your pets place on the vehicle as we are restricted to the number of pets we are allowed to carry under EU regulations.

We can accept payment into a bank account or by PayPal (sharon@trans-pet.co.uk) PayPal may incur a small card charge.

You may be able to part pay cash on collection or delivery with prior agreement.

For off route collections and deliveries we require full payment prior to departure.

Payments into banks or by PayPal must be cleared by the date of collection and payments on collection or delivery are cash only.
